As I previously stated, the blog is to be removed.  Refer to the last blog post regarding my opinion.

From this point forward, this blog has been marked private and will no longer show up as a part of my website.

In due course the content will be entirely disabled.  However, I reiterate my point that I am taking my time with the complete removal process because I do not want to appear to be removing the content out of the blue in light of the circumstances surrounding this horrific, saddening mishap.

Masonry is about the progression of learned knowledge.  Because of that, I plan to disable the blog from public view for the foreseeable future.  The past is horrific, many transgressions befell many good men in Masonry, not only in Arkansas but throughout the whole realm of American Masonry.

Evidence provided below was done so in an effort to detail the existence of leaders who would rather destroy the principles and underpinnings of Freemasonry so as to build their own kingdom while holding office.

The Grand Lodge system, particularly in the South, has been one of the worst failures in Masonry since the Revolutionary War.  Instead of upholding strong virtues, the system quickly became one of abuse, fraud, perversion, and ill-doing.  The leaders developed methods to abuse the protective Masonic landmarks to fulfill their desires, forever smearing the good name of the Masonic realm.

It is my sincere wish to see strong men, good men, stand up and reign in these abusive powers so as to restore the great name of Freemasonry to the pillars it once stood upon.

Persistence.

A note worthy piece of information has come about:  The former Sebastian Lodge’s website is back online.  It’s first page is a minor disclaimer outlining the falsehoods prejudiced against me and the lodge in its entirety.  In a way, I’m glad it has resurfaced.  Further, I’m glad to know that Masonry will grow stronger by recognizing that brethren are continuously abused.  Unfortunately, many are left without a mode to stand up and fight back against such oppression.

The silly men sitting at 700 Scott St. seem to think that whatever they say will be revered as truth amongst all brethren around the world.  Their “grape vine” has been alive with word that I received a new trial date and legitimate charges with explicit details.  Fascinating, the only mail received has been a “Notice of Self-Expulsion” which is entirely frivolous legally.  But, one might be wondering how could this lie be accurate?  Well, it isn’t that hard to check with the U.S.P.S.  I made several phone calls.  The local post master informed that not a single piece was waiting for signature pickup.  The postman informed me that there was no undelivered mail; the only certified package he recalls was the May 5th, 2010 delivery of a “Notice of Expulsion.”

Now the ill-tempered and ill-informed brethren that will go all out to post on blogs that I’m lying will say I’m bluffing.  Fortunately for me, I can back up every statement I make.  Each time one of the surrogates makes a post, it’s full of lies and twisted logic aimed to demeaning my character.  And, when someone responds to their posts, another post will be made with more perverted statements.

And the proof that will further show the immoral and unethical actions from the leadership at the Grand Lodge of Arkansas in efforts to create a false image of yours truly:

registered mail, insured mail, delivery confirmation or signature

Your carrier reports that your mail is delivered without any issue at
your apartment box.  He does not specifically recall having anything
requiring a signature recently.

A great man and Mason,who was overshadowed by the three-term Franklin D. Roosevelt administration, stated:  “carry the battle to them. Don’t let them bring it to you. Put them on the defensive and don’t ever apologize for anything.”  Harry S. Truman, a native of Missouri, was not from a political elite family.  In fact, this pivotal man came from a farming family.  He achieved an end to World War II after approving the use of two nuclear weapons on the Rising Sun of the Empire of Japan.

Many of us don’t realize how much power we have by defying the status quo and standing up for what’s right in life.  We come from all sorts of families; I grew up in a blue-collar household.  Certainly, we don’t grow up thinking we can drop a figurative nuclear weapon.  But, there are times when each one of us must stand strong to shine that bright spotlight on those harming what we all stand for.

However, when we are leading a resistance, it is futile to continue a long battle that will continue to degrade into a slanderous quagmire.  There would be nothing to gain from doing so.  And, it would hinder one’s own desire to introduce change of disgusting policies designed to destroy those who defy the corrupt leaders; and it would bring about a notion that the fight isn’t as righteous as it truly is.

I stood down against the Arkansas Oligarchy in an effort to allow change to foster.  Unfortunately for the time being, the reaction from the leadership is to portray me as a liar, a cheat, and a scoundrel.  Some will believe their shallow attempts, but many will see the holes in the points they make.  Every comment I made I offered proof.  Each comment their cronies made have been backed up with more libelous statements.

A post below discussed that I resigned and did not expel myself.  Accusations are rampant that I hid information.  I would appreciate it if the oligarchy would provide the documentation.  Further, I requested written documentation from the U.S.P.S. that there were not attempted deliveries between April 14th, 2010 and May 3rd, 2010.  A phone call confirmed this; however, I feel such documentation added atop my continually-growing pile would be a wonderful addition.

The war against the evil lurking at 700 Scott St. in Little Rock will continue as the deep-rooted unprofessional ideologies are perpetuated by the leadership.  There are many more abused Arkansas Masons who are just realizing how important it is to speak out.  Once again, I point to the article detailing my life as a Mason in Arkansas and the provided phone logs.  I’ve tried civil and professional means and have continually offer offered to let the issue end.  I tell you Grand Lodge, you still are playing a game that you miscalculate and under appreciate the importance of.  I challenge those in charge to meet on neutral ground to end the matter professionally, orderly, and most important, as Masons “meeting on the level” would expect.

It’s an interesting journey to watch as a Grand Lodge continues to try and skate legal reality.  Historically, organizations such as Freemasonry have been able to avoid challenges on Constitutional and state law grounds.  However, during the Reagan Administration, such attitudes began to change drastically.  Now, various State and Federal officials have the power to require that organizations such as the Grand Lodge of Arkansas accept the latest.

Further, they are missing the legal differences of resignation, as I have done, versus the idea of expulsion, which is what they are claiming.  People should appreciate these legal norms the United States of America embraces.  Manipulation of legal standards will not stand and cannot stand should Freemasonry desire to continue.  Sadly, Arkansas’ response indicates that the Grand Lodge still believes it operates above the law, which in and of itself is against the teachings of the fraternity.
